All content generated through our AI systems is subject to the following terms:

  • We may create derivative works from generated content for commercial exploitation
  • Content generated using our service is not exclusively owned by you

While you may use generated content for your personal purposes, you acknowledge that we maintain certain rights to this content as outlined above.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our service:

6. Service Availability

7. Payment & Subscription

8. Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. However, our rights to previously generated content and collected data remain in effect.

We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall MakePornAI be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
