Safety and Content Policy

Adults only

MakePornAI is available only to people aged 18 or older who may legally access explicit content in their jurisdiction. Every character used in an adult generation must be unambiguously fictional and adult.

Consent and fictional characters

Generated adult content must involve fictional adults in consensual scenarios. Do not submit a real person's name, photograph, likeness, social profile, or identifying information for sexual generation.

Prohibited content and use

• Any sexual or suggestive depiction of a person under 18, or of an age-ambiguous character.
• Sexual content that depicts, identifies, or impersonates a real person, whether public or private.
• Non-consensual sexual content, exploitation, trafficking, coercion, or sexual violence presented as real.
• Uploads or prompts containing private explicit material, identifying personal data, or content you do not have the right to use.
• Attempts to bypass safety controls, conceal prohibited intent, or repeatedly regenerate rejected material.

Moderation and enforcement

We may block prompts, withhold or remove generated material, restrict public visibility, preserve relevant records, suspend accounts, and cooperate with valid legal requests when needed to enforce this policy and applicable law.

Report content

Report suspected under-18 material, non-consensual explicit imagery, real-person impersonation, privacy violations, or other prohibited content to support@makepornai.com. Include the page URL, the reason for the report, and enough context to locate the material. Do not attach illegal content.

Reports are reviewed for removal, visibility restriction, account action, and escalation where required. A report does not guarantee a particular outcome, but urgent safety reports are prioritized.
